The aim of this department is to address topics within their areas of expertise. The department is technically supported by a team of members specialized in different fields. Raphael, for instance, works as a lecturer in French higher education institutions and as a researcher. Like other department members, Raphael contributes to intellectual output. His work is backed by extensive technical experience, having previously coordinated research-based projects across various EU programs in his role as an international relations and European project manager in higher education institutions, such as Erasmus+, as a coordinator for five projects and a partner for three. His involvement in European projects led one project to be recognized as a GOOD PRACTICE by the European Commission. This GOOD PRACTICE label not only reflects Raphael’s experience but also the quality of the collaborating partners.

With a network of high-quality partners, our research department, led by experts in fields such as European Citizenship, Gender Studies, Migration, and Social Inclusion, conducts research projects contributing to societal improvement. We actively participate in academic and policy discussions.
Key activities encompass educational research, training with the aim of enhancing vocational competencies of adult and youth audiences, and disseminating educational outcomes through active participation and the organization of workshops, conferences, and events.
For events and dissemination activities during and after projects, the multiple languages spoken by our staff, including Spanish, Italian, English, and French, enhance our communication and collaboration with partners and stakeholders across Europe.
